Dear readers, I hope that strange name drew you in! I didn't make it up (nor did I create the recipe). I have however, been making this homey casserole since the late 1900s. I found the recipe in a "Country Woman" magazine in an article about Amish cooking. I'm afraid I don't have any more details in my notes--other than it's easy and cheesy. :)
Yum-a-Setta
Ingredients:

2 pounds hamburger
Brown sugar (1 to 2 tablespoons; we prefer less)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 package (16 ounces) yolk-free egg noodles
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 package (8 ounces) processed cheese (Velveeta)
Directions:
Brown hamburger with salt, pepper, brown sugar, and onion. Add tomato soup.
Cook egg noodles, drain. Add cream of chicken soup to noodles.
Layer hamburger mixture and noodle mixture in a 9x13 inch casserole dish with processed cheese sliced thinly between layters.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Done!
I served with a tossed salad and sliced baguette (spread with butter, dip in olive oil, or smear with refrigerated pesto). Enjoy and God bless! Christina

This is definitely a recipe to save and try with the family.
